No telephone tech support, no refund
I got the Blink Pro and due to unusal setup screens, had a problem to longin in to my existing SIP account on RingCentral.
I have tried and isntall Isoftphone, Bria 3, LifeSize, ExpressTalk, and several other soft phones, but none where so difficult and inconvenient.
I start looking for tech support but in it only available via e-mail or forum.
I have not got any answers for over 2 hours after I have e-mailed my letter to them.
In summary:
No clear manual or installation instructions,
If you get stuck nobody will help you right away,
And if at the end of the day you cannot connect to your SIP account or make the software work, you will not get your money back.
Frastrating, unsuitable for busness environment when you do not have all day to play wiht the softphone software.
If the Blink company will not fix at list the initial post sale installation support, it is not a very good product for business and there are better options.
